On this occasion, 24 participants from various countries as E.g. from the Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Austria invited to a festive welcome reception were mid-October. Seven of the 24 participants, with academic degrees from technical and scientific fields of study, are women who are to some extent in management levels or take the next career steps in attack as a trainee. The course was designed by Mr. Prof. Roman Brandtweiner (course Director of the Danube University Krems), Mrs Dr.in Andrea Holtl (program manager at the Danube-University Krems), wife likes. The highlight of the welcome reception was the personal presentation of all 24 course who then accounted for first steps in the direction of networking at the buffet. “Dr. Michael Hirt taught that following the first module on the subject: Organization and leadership”.
